I started Next of Care Concierge to bridge the gap between seniors/older adults and their caretakers and for the ability for the older adults to age at home. The Hampton Roads area has plenty of home healthcare agencies that provide healthcare for extensive medical needs. I choose to establish a service that is affordable, focuses on the families, and provides personalized care to the individuals that do not require major medical care. My goal is to help families regain their voice through advocacy in helping their family members age at home with dignity while enjoying the comforts of being at home. I have a 20-year background in the medical field serving different areas of senior care, including LTC, dementia, assisted living, and private duty. Next of Care Concierge will provide personalized, professional, non-medical services in the home, LTC, assisted living, and hospital to help keep the senior/older adult as independent as possible so everyone can enjoy a happier, healthier, and worry-free life.

Dr. Tyrone Carter is a respected professional serving the Hampton Roads community who has extensive knowledge in criminal justice and mental health. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. He also holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration Criminal Ju

Dr. Tyrone Carter is a respected professional serving the Hampton Roads community who has extensive knowledge in criminal justice and mental health. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. He also holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration Criminal Justice from Walden University. Dr. Carter, a professional with over 25 years of experience, is a clinical substance abuse counselor and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) for adults, solidifying his dedication to supporting individuals in both the criminal justice and mental health arenas. Currently, he is expanding his expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University, which he is set to complete in December 2025.
